Help Tennant Creek get a Gas Pipeline!
TCMI is a group of prominent stakeholders from both the Tennant Creek and Mount Isa townships
who have come together to actively identify and expand opportunities between the two regions.
The priority of the group is to develop an Infrastructure Corridor that would see the construction of
a new Gas Pipeline and Railway between Tennant Creek and Mount Isa.

Development Committee are inviting people of Tennant Creek and the Barkly to attend a public session to
update the community on the current status of the proposed Gas Pipeline and how you can help us lobby
for the Tennant Creek to Mount Isa route.

TENNANT CREEK BOWLING CLUB
Expressions of interest are called from local
community and businesses/organisations
in relation to the usage of the Tennant
Creek Bowling Club.
Set on 6,496 square metres of land in a
prime location in Tennant Creek, facilities
include a fully functional indoor club room
with bar, air conditioning, an operational
kitchen and ablutions. Outside there is a
BBQ area with bar access, partly covered
dining section, front veranda area plus
an uncovered entertainment space big
enough to install marquees.
The property is also fully fenced with a
greenkeeper’s shed and two bowling
greens – one with artificial turf and one that
is sand based.
Founded almost 40 years ago, the Tennant
Creek Bowling Club on 17 Peko Road is an
iconic place which has huge potential.
The indoor/outdoor entertainment facilities
are perfect for all-weather hospitality and
entertainment use and interested parties
could easily transform the venue into a
family friendly function centre.
