Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation is an Aboriginal community controlled organisation that provides
primary health services to the people of Tennant Creek and the Barkly Region, Northern Territory. Anyinginyi
offers a holistic approach to the physical and mental health and wellbeing of its clients through its clinical,
social and emotional, educational and fitness services.

Anyinginyi is seeking the services of suitably qualified and experienced person to undertake the
position of Finance/Grants Officer (Part Time) within our Corporate Services Section.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate sensitivity and understand the importance of
confidentiality within the workplace. You will be required to have a strong understanding of Aboriginal
culture while providing a high level of assistance to management and co-workers by way of developed
skills in the use of computerised financial systems incorporating payroll, creditors & debtors information
processing financial reporting and have great organisational skills and well developed communication
skills both written and verbal.
A key aspect of the duties of this position includes a part time role working alongside the Grants
Officer. These duties can be both interesting and challenging and involves providing above average
administrative support to a wide range of innovative community based primary health care related
activities and projects that promote the objectives of the organisation.
A generous remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate, on a pro rata
basis which includes: 6 weeks annual leave, sick leave, RDOs, salary sacrificing provision and 9.5%
superannuation, free general dentistry, free gymnasium membership.

and growing the economic base of the region. We are calling for interested locals to represent
their community or industry sector on the Tennant Creek Regional Economic Development
Committee. Membership on the committee is voluntary and provides an opprotunity to actively
engage with government, to share information and to identify common goals.
The Tennant Creek Regional Economic Development Committee:
• Promoting economic and employment growth, and contributing to development and
investment attraction in the region
• Providing solutions and ideas to the Northern Territory Government and other stakeholders
