The Central Land Council (CLC) is a corporate Commonwealth entity established under
the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976. The CLC represents
traditional landowners, native title holders and other Aboriginal people across the
southern half of the Northern Territory - an area of almost 780,000 square
kilometres. The CLC provides its constituents with advice, advocacy and practical
assistance to support their aspirations, manage their land and realise and protect

INFORMATION SERVICES OFFICER (LIBRARY) - IS007 - ALICE SPRINGS
ASO 6 (Commencing $72,428 progressing to $83,199)
Full-time, contracted until June 2018
This position is responsible for the administration of the library and supports the
operation of the Information Services Unit. The library is a special library that provides
a client focused service in accordance with the statutory functions and objectives of
the CLC. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a Library, sound
knowledge of Library and Information Management and relevant tertiary
SENIOR PROJECT OFFICER - TC002 - TENNANT CREEK
ASO 5 - ASO 6 (Commencing $67,058 progressing to $83,199)
Full-time, 3 year fixed-term contract
This Aboriginal identified position will provide direct support and practical expertise
to the Manager, Tennant Creek Regional Office (TCRO), assisting with the effective
service delivery across the Tennant Creek Region. The successful candidate will have
sound relationships with Aboriginal people living in the area, mediation and conflict
resolution skills/experience, have the ability to communicate effectively in writing,
including negotiation, consultation and liaison with staff, clients, suppliers and
