The Northern Gas Pipeline project, a 622km connection between the
Amadeus Pipeline in the Northern Territory and the Carpentaria
Pipeline in Queensland, is advancing at a rapid rate. Pipes and
compressors are being manufactured with on-site construction due to
commence in 2017.

Key responsibilities include:
l Operation and maintenance of high pressure natural gas equipment
l Maintenance and calibration of electronic measurement instrument
l Compressor controls systems
l Radio repeater sites
l A wide variety of pipeline duties including mechanical, electrical instrumentation &
cathodic protection work, documentation and records maintenance
l Assist with the maintenance of pipeline easements and access tracks
l Patrol and maintenance of pipeline right of ways
l Liaison with land holders and public authorities
What we are looking for:
l Hold a current Electrical Licence or relevant Mechanical or Fitter Trade qualification
l High pressure gas experience
l Training and experience in Hazardous Areas preferred but not essential
l Industrial electrical and controls experience
l Instrumentation and process experience
l Trouble shooting and fault finding
l RTU & PLC fault finding and programming experience
l Cathodic Protection experience
l Mechanical Aptitude
l Good Team Player
We have a number of positions available for experienced Pipeline
Operators & Pipeline Technicians based in Tennant Creek to work
on the Northern Gas Pipeline (NGP). The Pipeline Operators &
Technicians carry out operations and maintenance tasks on gas
assets including Pipelines, Facilities and Compressor Stations.

Anyinginyi is an Aboriginal community controlled organisation that provides primary health services to the
people of the Barkly Region. Anyinginyi offers a holistic approach to the health and wellbeing of its clients
through its clinical, social and emotional, educational and fitness services.
Stronger Families is seeking a qualified Male Team Leader for 3 months only to backfill existing
position. You must have had previous middle management experience working within an Aboriginal
organisation. The Stronger Families service delivers programs with a holistic framework according to
community needs and our aim and vision is to develop and co-ordinate local indigenous family safety
action plans, develop resources and key networks involving AOD, SEWB, Family Violence.
A current Driver’s License is essential for this position.

Anyinginyi is seeking two full-time Female and one full-time Male Community Support Worker
suitably skilled and experienced to contribute and assist with the development and implementation
of culturally responsive social and emotional wellbeing services for families and individuals within
the Piliyintinji-ki Stronger Families program. You will be required to assist in providing culturally
appropriate support, information and education in both Tennant Creek and surrounding communities
within the Barkly Region. A current Driver’s License is essential for this position.
