CORPORATE SERVICES SUPPORT OFFICER

The Corporate Services Support Officer has a vital role in
providing general and corporate administrative support within
the Corporate Services team. The role is varied and ensures
that corporate services operations function efficiently and

to ensure all divisions of Julalikari operate to maximum
efficiency in such matters such as:
• Human Resources
• Information Technology
• Asset Management
• Health, Safety and Environment System
• Property and Building Management
SAFETY AND ASSET MANAGER
This position is responsible for providing operational and
advisory support to the organisation in the
implementation, management and evaluation of the
integrated Quality Management System, Risk Management
processes and Health, Safety and Environmental Program
The position includes the implementation and maintenance
of safety and quality plans and procedures that allow the
organisation to respond to industry standards, relevant
legislation and current best practice.
The position is also responsible for managing and
maintaining physical and portable assets to ensure they
meet legislative requirements, our asset management
obligations and, policy and procedures.

We are advertising for a pool of people who wish to be considered for casual, short-term, part-
time and/or full-time employment within Julalikari. We would encourage local people living in
the Barkly Regional Council region to consider lodging an expression of interest to work in one
of the many different units of JCAC.
The EOI should contact a brief resume of your education levels and work history and the type of
work and areas you are interested in working in.
All EOIs will be kept on file for a minimum period of 12 months. If any vacancies arise during this
period individuals will be offered an opportunity to fill these vacancies. For casual or short term
positions there will be an offer of employment made to individuals.
For ongoing part-time or full-time jobs, the process will require the lodgement of an application.

The Crisis Accommodation Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer and provides a
central coordination role for the Crisis Accommodation Service.
Responsibilities of the Role:
• Provide day to day supervision of all case management activities; ensuring all clients are
provided with opportunities to access support as they require and supporting case
workers to prioritise client needs.
• Respond, coordinate evaluate individual, team and organisational responses to critical
incidents in the community services and implement risk management plans.
• Manage all staff day to day supervision, provide feedback for performance appraisal and
involved in employment processes.
• Performance and quality monitoring across a 24 hour roster.
• Coordinate staff training and professional development plans.
• With CEO, interview recruit and orientate new staff members.
• Ensure OH & Safety requirements are met by all staff and that the workplace is safe
including ensuring staff are well supported and adequately trained to provide high risk
support within the community.
• Ensure the 24-hour roster is fully staffed and adequate relief staffing in place.
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call roster and respond immediately to critical incidents.
• Ensure case notes, files and statistical information in relation to all clients is maintained
by case workers to the standard required by Tennant Creek Women’s Refuge procedures.
• Provide quarterly reports, and other reports as required, to the CEO.
