LAST week Tennant Creek was honoured by a visit from the Administrator of the NT.
The Honourable Vicki O’Halloran AO toured the Barkly region and on Thursday evening, Barkly Regional Council hosted a Community Reception and presented her with local gifts including Cheeky Dog items and bush medicine made by the ladies at Stronger Families.
The Administrator expressed her gratitude for the gifts and mingled with the guests, chatting with all who were in attendance.
The Administrator is appointed by the Governor-General of Australia to represent the Commonweath in the NT.
