Plenty of smiles at annual kids’ Xmas Tree
1 min read

LAST Saturday afternoon, the Civic Hall in Tennant Creek became the centre of attention for numerous children and their parents.

Approximately 600 children and 500 parents and carers gathered to experience the joy of meeting Santa and having a blast.

Smiles were abundant, though a few overwhelmed tears were shed out of sheer excitement.

Santa, given his importance, arrived at the Civic Hall escorted by both Police and Fire Service vehicles.

The dedicated helpers of Santa ensured that everything ran smoothly, and the lines moved swiftly despite the large crowed.

The crowd was also treated to incredible performances by the TC Dance Crew and enchanting singing from the Christian Family Youth.

With such a delightful array of activities, it is safe to say that many children went home happily after a successful Christmas Tree event.
