Ti Tree students hone their T-ball skills
1 min read

THERE were some super-fast feet stirring up the Barkly region dust last week with students from Ti Tree School enjoying a T-ball skills and drills session.

Students tested their running skills by participating in the ‘beat the ball’ base run.

They also were timed in the ‘around the base’ run challenge.

The junior school students had fun throughout various games which incorporated T-ball skills and enjoyed wearing the helmets and improving their batting skills.

At the end of the session, the students finished off their session with a friendly game, which saw some fierce competition, laughter and a lot of skills on display.

I am hoping to visit the school again this year to organise a T-ball competition with Neutral Junction students.
