The anti-curfew agenda is motivated by bias personal opinions and political correctness.
Tennant Creek has a social demographic unlike any other town in Australia and therefore requires exceptional solutions.
We have to find a balance between old-school discipline and the new-age soft approach that is no deterrent and is seen to reward bad behaviour. The decision makers and those who influence them should have to face the reality – they and their half-baked policies have failed.
Stop using alcohol sales as a scapegoat – alcohol is legal and here to stay, the problem is far deeper than alcohol abuse.
We need realistic solutions before there is a catastrophic outcome that results in loss of life.
