ALTHOUGH we all do the best for our mums all year long, Mother’s Day is still a day to go that extra mile, just to remind her how special she really is.
The Memorial Club decided to celebrate the occasion with a special afternoon on Sunday, and there were plenty of Mothers there to enjoy the extra attention on offer.
Local mums, even the ones whose kids are far away, were treated to glasses of bubbles and a wonderful spread, and every mum was presented with flowers and chocolates to take home to keep reminding them that all mothers are special all through the year, even on the days it may not feel like it.
